Breathing Pattern Training with Ali Ziaei –Not the kind of breathwork that makes you spiral. The kind that quietly recalibrates your nervous system from the inside out. Your body already knows how to do this. We’re just helping you remember.

Farm brunch -Prepared with love. Shared around a table, no phones, no agenda. Just food that actually tastes like something.

Guided land walk -An hour outside in open air, soft movement, and the kind of quiet that’s basically impossible to find in real life right now. You’ll feel it.
