🌾 Annual Garlic Planting at Valhalla 🌾
Event Highlights:
- 🎶 Live Music: Dance and relax to live performances from local DJs/musicians, setting the perfect mood throughout the day.
- 🔥 Fire Pit: As evening approaches, gather around our cozy fire pit to share stories, and connect with other cool humans.
- 🍕 Delicious Food & Drinks: After a fulfilling day, treat yourself to delicious pizza, tasty snacks, and chilled beverages. We’ve got plenty to keep you refreshed!
Volunteer & Get Free Tickets:
We cherish the spirit of community and are thrilled to offer free tickets to those who volunteer to help with the garlic planting for at least 4 hours.
Event Itinerary:
- 9:00 AM – 9:30 AM: Welcome and Registration
- 9:30 AM – 1:00 PM: Morning Planting Session (Volunteers & Attendees) 🌞
- Light refreshments provided during breaks
- 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM: Lunch Break (Potluck Style Lunch, Snacks and Cold Drinks) 🥤
- 2:00 PM – 4:00 PM: Afternoon Planting Session (Volunteers & Attendees) 🌿
- Live music to keep the energy high 🎸
- 4:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Evening Relaxation, Pizza 🍕 + Live Music Begins
- Gather around the fire pit, enjoy scrumptious food, and unwind with cool drinks 🍻
- 8:00 PM onwards: Live Music and Fire Pit Vibes 🎵🔥
Volunteer Tasks:
- 🌱 Garlic Planting: Experience the joy of garlic hand planting
- 🌾 Field Maintenance: Assist in keeping the fields tidy and well-maintained.
- 🍽️ Food and Drink Service: Lend a hand in serving food and drinks to fellow volunteers and attendees.
What to Bring:
- 👢 Boots, Gloves & A Hat: Prepare for a hands-on day in the fields by bringing your boots and gloves.

- With Food: $75 (sale $55 if you buy before the date)
- Without Food BYOB: $45 ($30 BYOB if you sign up before the date)
- RSVP – FREE if you come help planting!
- Limited Capacity: Only 50 tickets available! (Volunteers receive complimentary admission with hours of contribution.)

Valhalla Farms
Valhalla grows and produces a bunch of it's homemade products right here on our farm. We use all natural permaculture and market gardening practices that regenerate the soil and hopefully those who eat from it.
